Known Issues

We identified a known issue where, if an expiration date is set at the Workspace level, once the role expires, users lose access to both Workspaces and Cloud Platforms. However, their names will still appear in the project access list. Thank you for your understanding as we will work to resolve this issue.

meshStack allows user to assign tags with up to 30 characters. Whenever customer provides multiple and long tags to an object (Workspace, Project, Tenant) it breaks table layout in web UI. The idea would be to show only the beginning of a tag value ie 5-6-7 characters and replace the remaining characters with "...". A user can hover mouse to an object to see the full text for each tag if needed.

When selecting the symbol the open file dialog filters to *.png but actually svg are supported as well. Observed on Windows with Edge (Chromium)

When deactivating a platform type that is already being used by platforms, a malformed platform type shows instead of the deactivated platform type.

We recently had the case that our Entra deleted users by accident and this triggered the deactivation of users in meshStack. Entra team created new users, the new users got new object ids. After 30 days, Entra sent a delete command to meshStack for the users with the old object ids. This triggered a deletion of users in meshStack. Expected: meshStack SCIM sync differentiates users by object id, not by username.

I am debugging a permission error for my building block and have to look at the logs of my building blocks a lot. The plan and errors are mixed up in the output of the run. This makes it hard to find out what the error is.

It is currently not possible to fully disable the currency converter. Turning it off in Settings still results in a 1:1 conversion rate being applied, converting all currencies to euros as a fallback for any given period.

When I have a custom platform that is rolled out using a "Use in LZ-only" Building Block, I still see that Building Block on the related tab in the marketplace. I would expect this to be hidden, just like it is hidden in the overall marketplace list.

I am adopting AWS accounts into an AWS platform. I can already open the workspace + project but the admin area lists do not show the AWS account.

If you create a payment method in self service, it takes 5+ minutes before it's shown in the admin area payment method list. Workaround: Wait for 5+ minutes and refresh until the payment method shows up.
