As a Platform operator I want to automate my Landing Zone creation and management using CI/CD. Therefore I would need to create and update my Landing Zones inside meshcloud using a API e.g. adding Blueprints, updating the Management group etc.

At the moment when I want to delete a tenant in meshStack I have to first manually delete all Building Blocks. This is tedious and annoying manual work and I would rather have the system automatically take care of it. It becomes especially frustrating when I also have to deal with dependencies and have to make sure I delete them in the right order.
