As a Platform Team or Foundation Team I want to be informed about specific events in a push manner (not pulling the information).

This could be realized by Notification Mail to an teams group postbox in cases of events/topics like

Even better would be having an actual Event-Bus integration interface as for Kafka.

Additionally subscribing to these events based on tags would be great to be more specific and scoped about the subscribing topic.
