Wait for successful replication before triggering building block

I have built a building block that needs to assume a role in an AWS account. The role is rolled out as part of the control tower enrollment, which can take up to 15 minutes. At the moment, meshStack triggers my building block as soon as AWS has returned an account number. Since the role is not available at this point, my building blocks fails.

Thank you for your feature request. I checked with the engineers and sadly we also do not see a temporary workaround here. We'll keep you posted when we tackle this issue in the future.
