Testing Building Block upgrades prior to release

As a Platform Engineer I want to test new versions of services (building blocks) prior to its release.
At best I can test the upgrade from a release version to a draft version in the Plattform Builder view.
The following scenarios should be possible:
Scenario A:
- I create a new instance of the service in the current released version in my Workspace/Project
- I go to the Plattform Builder and search for the newly created instance
- I upgrade this specific instance to the Draft version
Scenario B:
I can deploy a new instance of the service from the Draft Version to test the initial deployment and workflow (similar to the test capabilities if a new Building Block is created in the Plattform Builder"
