Support Workspaces with Platform Services

As a Platform Engineer I want to have an easy time supporting user of my services I offer in the marketplace. For the admin area it is possible to access other workspaces if you offer services from the service area of workspace its not possible.

Thank you for your request and idea! We have the idea on our radar to introduce a "Tech Supporter" role. This role will have access to Workspaces, even if they're not assigned, but for support purposes only.
