Whenever I create a new communication and set the target to a workspace, only the workspace owners are notified — which is correct. However, when the target is a platform, all workspace users (owners, managers, and readers) receive the message, which is not desired. It would be helpful to specify which personas should receive the notification, such as workspace owners, managers, or members.
