Show actual resource usage in chargeback view

Currently, chargeback only shows cost. We need to also display actual resource consumption (e.g. CPU/memory usage for containers) so platform operators can identify over-provisioned projects and right-size them to reduce costs.

1) Which resource metrics do you want to see alongside cost (e.g., CPU requests/limits vs actual CPU usage, memory usage, storage, network)?
-> Really anything that would indicate a cost increase.
2) At what level should this be shown in chargeback (project, cluster, namespace, container/workload), and do you need rollups over time (daily/monthly) or point-in-time?
-> on all levels would be great to be able to drill down directly. But even a higher-level view would be helpful - then the team could just get it flagged and dive deeper themselves.
3) Do you have a preferred visualization (tables, trends, “requested vs used” deltas), or an example screenshot from another tool that matches what you’re aiming for?
-> the suggestions you made sound good. especially the requested vs used or available/paid for vs used with a trend line to see if it's growing into the planned size or if it used to be bigger and now shrunk.
