Reject tenant deletion with a reason

When an operator rejects a tenant deletion request, providing a rejection reason to the requester would improve communication and streamline the deprovisioning workflow. This feature would help requesters understand and address any blockers more efficiently.

Thank you for your feature request! This does make sense to have. Would you have a preference where the rejection would be communicated? I am thinking maybe an e-mail to the original requestor stating the rejection reason? What do you think?

Email communication would be the most efficient method for this.
