Read-only role in the Admin Area

As a Cloud Foundation Admin, I would love to grant people a read-only role for auditing purposes to the Admin Area, without risking myself to giving them the "Partner Admin" role which is required at the moment for viewing all necessary information.

We are currently researching and looking into freshening up the role concept in meshStack's Admin Area. We will let you know whether we will build such an extra role.
