Notify about orphaned workspaces without any binding in "Actions Needed"

Anyone in our organization can create a workspace. When people are offboarded, their user in meshStack is deleted via SCIM.
The problem we face is, that sometimes the last person in a workspace is offboarded and no one has an eye on costs that are accumulating in this workspace.
Would be great to see this in the Actions Needed section in the meshStack admin area.

As a cloud foundation team member I would like to see workspaces or projects that dont have members assigned to save cost and keep a clean meshStack.
This is especially relevant for SCIM users where users are automatically deleted and its not a manual conscious effort.
