At the moment only the non-finalized TURPs are moved to the new Workspace.

From a customer perspective it makes a lot of sense to also move previous (past) TURPs to enable them a complete overview of the expenses and cost over time.

Especially as the old workspace might get deleted or is not being accessable for the owners of the new Workspace.
