Landing Zone parameters can't be changed.

As a workaround, you can remove the "disabled" html attribute via developer tools.

Thanks a lot for your feature request. This does make sense and should be supported.
In the future we are planning a large initiative to make it easier to move things around / change landing zones / move projects across workspaces and more.
We will consider this feature request as part of that.
In the meantime feel free to use the workaround as long as you know what you the impact is :-)
