Identify unused or oprhaned Workspaces and Project overview

As a Cloud Foundation Administrator I want to prevent empty workspaces and project to keep the meshStack organized.
At the moment neither the workspace nor the project view in the admin area provides information if the cloud account or service registry is actually used (e.g. consumption, number of instances, etc.).
Currently I must dig deeper into the individual Usage Reports to get an indicator if a project still has instances or if the cloud accounts are in use.
Therefore I would require a quick overview with filters, search and actions to find orphaned, empty or non used project and workspace.

I'm afraid the merged feature request does not describe the same issue as the one described here.
Workspaces or projects without any resources in them do create clutter and should be deleted. But in that case it is "only" clutter.
Orphaned workspaces (described in the merged feature request) have the problem that there might still be resources in there that are generating costs, but there is nobody left that feels responsible for these resources and the associated costs. This is a bigger problem than a bit of clutter.

When the last user of a workspace is deleted from Entra ID and subsequently deleted from the meshStack, the workspace becomes orphaned. We should implement a notification to an administrator when this occurs.

Thanks a lot for your feedback! I do understand that managing not used Projects and Workspacesces is important to keep meshStack clean. Unfortunately, it is not a part of the road map for now. Your feedback is highly valued, and we will certainly consider it as we strive to enhance the functionality around Workspace page in the Admin area.
