Functionality to Change Management Groups in Workspace/Tenant

I would like to inquire about the possibility of implementing a functionality that allows users to change different Management Groups (MG) within a Workspace/Tenant in Meshcloud.

Is it intended that the users themselves decide which management group they want? Or whom decides the possibilties for which management groups can be picked?

The change of management groups is determined exclusively by administrators. Users do not have the authority to change their management groups
