Similar to how we filter deleted platforms, workspaces, and projects we should not show deleted payment methods by default.

Dear all, 
Deleted payment methods are automatically sorted out when you enter the Payment Method screen, providing a clear overview of the current state without overloading you with historical data. As well as we've added a "deleted" status for deleted Payment Methd for better clarity and sorting.
