As a cloud foundation team I want to reduce operation and support effort as much as possible.
It would therefore be the first step to add additional information into the Customer/Project access granted mails.
  • support requests when users get a "Access to Project granted" mail. Users ask why they were onboarded to the project. Then the CF team must investigate who granted the access in meshStack and collect the information.
  • user commonly ask "what to do next" or "XYZ is not working". This could be reduced by adding information in the mail e.g. URLs to the wiki pages etc.
