Change landing zone in self-service

Allow end users to change the landing zone of the tenants they own. A meshStack admin should be able to configure which landing zones and/or platforms are eligible for self-service tenant migration.

Thanks for this feature request. Please note that it is already possible for platform admins to move tenants to a different landing zone, see https://feedback.meshcloud.io/feature-requests/p/move-tenant-to-different-landing-zone

We understand this feature request is about (selectively) allowing application teams to request moving a tenant to a different landing zone.
