Building Block Deletion Approval

As a Platform Operator, I would like to have the option for a deletion approval when a user deletes a building block. This would be useful in cases where there are manual steps involved after deleting the building block. Similar to the process of platform operator inputs.

Especially if the automation can't clean up everything, it's important to be aware about what building blocks and with which parameters are being deleted.

Example: My connectivity building block needs a IP address range, that I assign manually and track in a shared confluence page. Upon deletion, I need to delete the IP address range from my confluence page.
