Allow multidrop mailboxes for building block notifications

Actually only users are informed about failed deployments (or required operator inputs).

This is hardly maintainable since we already use multidrop mailboxes for such purposes and these email adresses are not supported yet.

Currently only user in meshfed can be added as receiver for Building Block admin notifications.

It would be helpful to also add raw emails (e.g. email lists) to it which have no direct user representation in the meshfed user database.

Hi Thomas, thanks for reaching out. At the moment only users are supported that also have a user account in meshStack. We are aware that this limitation is painful. We will support this in the future and let you know when we start working on it.

Until then I can offer you a workaround by providing the group mailbox with a user in order to make it possible to send emails there.

Thank you for your feature request. 
This does indeed make sense and we are exploring opportunities to implement this.
In the meantime there is a sensible workaround, although it only works when the SCIM integration is disabled.
You can create a new user via the "invite user" function and add the given email address to the user. You can then add this "user" to the notification users list in a Building Block definition.
