To help our users and find out what happened in meshStack, we rely on the audit log.
Right now there is no way to check what happened to a building block. This is especially severe, since right now we can't access deleted building block runs: https://meshcloud.canny.io/feature-requests/p/keep-building-block-runs-for-deleted-building-blocks
