Landing Zones with AWS Control Tower enrollment do not replicate OU assignment

For an AWS Landing Zone without Control Tower, meshStack ensures the OU of all AWS account matches the OU defined in the landing zone.
For AWS Landing Zones with Control Tower, meshStack does not replicate the OU in AWS.
As a workaround,  please move accounts manually in AWS Organizations.
