Known Issue: Last Login not updated if a user does not have access to any workspace

The "All Users" table in the admin area shows a Last Login column. This column is only updated if a user is assigned to a workspace or the admin area.

Expected behavior: Regardless of permissions, last login reflects when a users logged into meshStack the last time.
