Tag default values conflicting with an active policy are applied

A tag on meshProject level (example: environment) with a default value (example: "dev") will be set to the default value even if the default value conflicts with active policy. So even though the value can not be chosen from dropdown, it's selected and can be used for meshProject creation (see screenshot).
As a workaround, partner admins may remove default values for tags with active policies.
