Expired session page retry button does not work

When your meshStack session expires, you are shown a very minimalistic error message that does not give you any idea how to fix the problem.
Expected behavior: Retry solves the failed log-in.
Actual behavior: Hitting Cancel and Retry does not do anything.
Workaround: Close the tab and open a new tab.
