When having the following circumstance:

* A restricted tag with a default value, e.g. an environment tag with a default of "Sandbox".

When a non-partner user creates a new meshCustomer, the input is not shown (because it is a restricted tag), but it is expected that the new meshCustomer would get the Sandbox environment tag applied by default. This is currently not the case.
